Global legal expertise in aviation asset finance

Run your business, not your transactions

At AviaLaw, we’re focused on delivering sophisticated advice in the structuring and management of complex, cross-border asset finance transactions. We bring a real-world, commercially-minded approach to closing deals, saving our clients time and money, and letting them focus on running their businesses, not their transactions.

The firm’s founder, Brian Bolger, began his career in the asset finance practice at Ireland’s largest law firm, and later acted as in-house counsel to a major, US-based aircraft lessor. Other members of the team share similar experience, allowing the firm to bring its practical and nuanced approach to every deal we do.

Personal connection meets quality of service

Creating relationships, not just contracts

We make the effort to form lasting connections with our clients so that we understand their needs from their perspective. That process is not only one we enjoy: it makes our work more rewarding, allowing us to deliver the very best service to our clients. And while we build those long-term relationships with our clients, we know that the relationships we cultivate with each person, on every deal, will best serve both our clients and the industry as a whole.

TRUST, VALUE, & RELATIONSHIPS

Big Law quality, real-world experience, and a better price tag

Our team provides a level of expertise usually only found in Big Law specialist aviation finance teams, and we add practical, real-world experience gained in the corporate world; we deliver this package in a personalized, high-contact relationship with our clients. And because we don’t have the overhead of a large law firm, all that added value comes without the Big Law price tag.

A BETTER RESOURCE FOR YOUR AVIATION LEGAL NEEDS

Providing expert legal counsel to global enterprises in a niche market

At AviaLaw, we bring three core competencies to every piece of work we do:

  • the legal and management expertise required to close complex, high-value, cross-border transactions

  • the capability to deliver results that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders

  • the capacity to build trust, connection and long-lasting relationships that support growth and opportunity for all

"Brian and his law firm have become a go-to source of legal representation for many transactions for us. The firm has overseen the legal process for transactions globally, including for jet, helicopter, and turboprop aircraft. The deep experience of the firm in dealing with multiple Export Credit Agencies in particular, has allowed for a smooth closing of our transactions."
